Whipped Body Butter

Jojoba seed oil: closely resembling our own skin's sebum, this beloved wax is a quick-absorbing powerhouse for detoxing, balancing, soothing, protecting, and moisturizing skin

Cocoa butter: rich in anti-oxidants, lovely in scent; a protecting emollient for all skin types

Cupuacu butter: anti-inflammatory; known as a "super moisturizer," it restores elasticity and hydration

Murumuru butter: anti-inflammatory; rich in fatty acids; deeply penetrating; locks in moisture; soothes irritated skin

Arrowroot powder: promotes healing by absorbing excess oils as it penetrates the skin; dries out blemishes, rashes, and other skin issues; softens skin and promotes circulation

Cetyl alcohol: not to be confused with drying alcohols, cetyl alcohol is derived from a fat such as vegetable oil or coconut oil; it stabilizes and thickens formulas; hydrates, conditions, and softens the skin

Vitamin E: anti-oxidant properties slow the oxidation of ingredients in a product, and also fight free radicals and skin damage from the environment; anti-inflammatory properties soothe and heal skin

Rub a small amount of butter between your hands and massage it into the body. Warning: you may be tempted to smell it the rest of the day.

Oils and butters absorb best after a bath or shower while your skin is still damp. Store butter in a cool place, otherwise it can melt. It will still work just as well, but it won't have the whipped texture.
